Bargaining
Dear Members;
It is your support that makes this Local Union strong.
This was proven at the bargaining table in 2004. It was a long hard struggle but with your support and the 96% strike vote we were able to make significant changes in our collective agreement.
We are investing in the future more now than ever before. Education and training are high on the agenda. We are training stewards, health & safety reps and even a few executive members as the courses become available.
It is great to see the interest from our young members. It is time for us to mentor them and share our knowledge and experience from the past.
Together we can build a better place to work.
